    We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers who can effectively communicate with students, explain course details, and generate leads for admissions. You’ll be the first point of contact — representing the institute with professionalism and helping students take the next step in their career journey

    Key Responsiblity
  • Make outbound calls to potential students and respond to incoming inquiries.
  • Provide detailed information about various IT and non-IT courses offered by NetTech India.
  • Counsel students over the phone and schedule walk-ins for counseling sessions.
  • Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.
  • Achieve daily and monthly call and admission targets
  • Coordinate with counsellors and branch managers for follow-up conversions.
  • Maintain a positive, professional tone in all communication.
    Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum qualification: HSC or Graduation (any stream).
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle targets and multitask efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of IT courses will be an added advantage.
  • Freshers are welcome – training will be provided.

    Compensation Range
  • ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
