    Position Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Paid Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms — including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and passionate about achieving measurable growth through digital channels.

    Key Responsiblity
  • Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
  • Optimize ads, creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies for maximum ROI
  • Monitor daily performance and track KPIs to ensure consistent improvement
  • Prepare regular reports and provide insights on campaign performance
  • Collaborate with design and content teams for creative development
  • Stay updated on latest marketing trends, tools, and platform updates
  • Manage and optimize ad budgets for cost-efficient performance
    Requirements
  • Proven experience managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion tracking
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting tools
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and how it complements paid marketing strategies
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
  • Google Ads / Meta Ads certification preferred
    Qualification & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
  • Experience in agency or education/training sector is an added advantage
