    We are looking for a proactive and energetic HR Executive (Client Coordination) to join our Placement Team at NetTech India. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between our placement team, candidates, and hiring partners to ensure smooth coordination and successful placements.

    Key Responsiblity
  • Coordinate with existing and new client companies for placement requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with recruiters and HR partners across industries.
  • Collect and post job descriptions for various profiles (IT & Non-IT).
  • Align suitable candidates to job openings and schedule interviews.
  • Track candidate performance through selection, joining, and feedback stages.
  • Maintain daily MIS reports for client communication and candidate updates.
  • Follow up with clients for interview feedback and joining confirmations.
  • Support internal HR and placement operations as required.
    Requirements
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp business communication.
  • Prior experience in placement coordination, client handling, or recruitment preferred.
  • Strong follow-up and multitasking skills.
    Qualification
  • 🎓 Graduate or Postgraduate in HR / Business / Management or related field
  • 🕒 Experience: 1–3 years in client coordination or recruitment (freshers with good communication may apply).

    Compensation Range
  • Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month
